I remember when I was 13 I wanted to eat lemon
pie and I asked to my mom to do one, but she told me that she didn’t know how
to do it, so I had to learn by myself. That was the moment when me and my dad
started to cook, because the truth is my mom doesn’t cook very well.
Osvaldo Gross. Since this day, every weekend me and
my dad cook, there’s no a special date to do this.
To do the pesto, I put water to boil and I left
a bowl with cold water and ice. When the water is ready I put the albahaca for
five seconds in the hot water, and then I put in the cold one (the idea of this
is the leaf looks more green). After this, I dry the leafs and put them in the
blender with the olive oil and a garlic clove. Finally, when the mix is ready,
I add salt and white cheese.
